These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the ProfitDad website (profitdad.com), the Founding Membership programme, and any related services (collectively, the "Service") operated by ProfitDad Ltd. ("ProfitDad", "we", "us"). By using the Service you agree to these Terms.
Founding Memberships are goodwill access programmes offered before our first outlet opens. They provide perks such as early updates, launch offers, member-only pricing, priority invitations, and digital certificates as described on the Membership page. Founding Memberships are not securities, franchises, profit-sharing agreements, or investment products, and do not create any ownership interest in ProfitDad Ltd. or any restaurant outlet.
You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering a binding contract in India to purchase a Founding Membership. Certain features may require successful identity verification.
All payments are processed by our payment partner in Indian Rupees (₹) and are inclusive of applicable taxes unless stated otherwise. By completing checkout you authorise us to charge the selected amount to your chosen payment method.
Membership fees are generally non-refundable. If a refund is offered in exceptional circumstances at our sole discretion, it will be processed to the original payment method within a reasonable period.
You agree not to misuse the Service, share your membership credentials, resell benefits, or engage in fraudulent, abusive, or unlawful activity. We may suspend or terminate memberships that violate these Terms.
All content, branding, artwork, and software on the Service are owned by ProfitDad Ltd. or its licensors. You may not copy, modify, or redistribute any part of the Service without our prior written consent.
The Service is provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. Launch dates, benefits, and outlet locations are indicative and may change. We do not guarantee uninterrupted availability of the Service.
To the maximum extent permitted by law, ProfitDad Ltd. shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising out of your use of the Service. Our total liability for any claim shall not exceed the amount you paid to us in the preceding twelve (12) months.
These Terms are governed by the laws of India. Any disputes shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts located in Bengaluru, Karnataka.
We may update these Terms from time to time. Material changes will be notified via the Service or by email. Continued use after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
